Spring has sprung here in North America and the warm sun has inspired us to do some spring cleaning and improve our system!
This is a BIG system update with quite a few items so please click on the below links to find out more:
We know that enhancing your digital editions can really help with getting your readers engaged with your publication.
You are going to find it much easier to add these enhancements with the new Page Editor.
Rather than have users go to different tabs or sections of our site to add enhancements to the pages of their digital editions, we wanted to allow access to these tools in one spot.

From here you can choose the tool you need: (reference Tools Tab Image below)

To access the page editor:
drop-down menu that shows to the right of your issue cover thumbnail imageFor a quick overview check out this video:
There may be times when you need some more space to work with when navigating our system.
Now you can choose to hide some of the menus and graphics at the top of the web page by clicking on the
button on the right of the top banner.
Once you've hidden the horizontal menus, you will be able to access those sections through drop-down menus from the top banner.

You want to create a title that uses the same settings as an existing title but you don't want to have to go through the whole process of selecting each option. NOW you can duplicate one of your existing titles.
Just click on "Create a new Title" and you will see a new popup (See Create Title Popup Image below) where you can choose to create a title "from scratch" OR choose an existing title which will be duplicated. A duplicated title will populate the settings from the existing title and all you will have to do is hit the create title button.
NOTE: Any Banner or Background Images will not be copied and must be added manually to the new title.

You may have set up your title with a page offset to get your physical page numbers to match the page numbers displayed in the toolbar(All uploads start with the absolute page# of 0 for the cover page by default)
Now ANY area of the site where you need to select a page of your publication will show both Absolute and Relative page numbers based on the page offset chosen for your title. See Absolute AND Relative Page Number image below.
Example would be where a document's cover page was actually page 1. The title offset would be set to (+)1 to get both the toolbar and the physical page numbers to match. When choosing any pages for formatting etc, you will see 0[1], 1[2], 2[3] etc.
The Absolute page number will show on the left and the relative page number will show on the right.

Whether you are just starting out on the system and don't have a title yet, or you want a quick title created for a new upload, there is now a an easy way to automatically have a title created with some basic settings.
When you are in the "Upload a new Issue" screen, you are required to select a title. If you click the drop-down menu you will see an option of "quick add Title" (See Quick Add Title Image below)
Choose that title and all you have to do is enter a title name and click add. You will be taken back to the upload screen where you can submit your PDF to our system for conversion. You can review and update the title settings at a later time if necessary.

Now you can search for issues while in the title view

We've reformatted this section to make it easier to navigate, search and view your subscribers.

Our new mobile platform is smoother than ever, with improved page swiping flow and zoom performance.
