We are rolling out another system update this week!

1) Title Settings Override at Issue Level

You can now set flipbook/mobile settings at the issue level that will override the title's settings.  Access the issue overrides through gear image next to the mini-cover image(see IMAGE1)

The Flipbook options, Flipbook & Mobile options, page offset and mini-cover image source page can now be chosen specifically for each issue (see IMAGE2).  The default settings for each issue will continue to be the parent title settings

Example of use:

  • Each new release may have different page numbering structure:  You can assign the page offset for each of these issues so the platform will display the page numbers to match the physical page number of the publication.
  • Some of your releases may have fold out cover advertisement:  You can choose the page that will be the image for the mini-cover link embed code to reflect the actual magazine cover, rather than the advertisement image.

2) Subscriber Management:  Choose Fields to Display

In the Manage Subscribers screen, you can now choose the fields that will display in the results table, making it easier and faster to get the information you need.

  • Just click the new "choose fields to display" link below the filter fields (See IMAGE3)
  • Select the fields you want to see, click "Search", and the results will appear(See IMAGE4)
  • If you have chosen a lot of fields, you can scroll across to see ALL results
