Zendesk who provides our helpdesk support software, will have a two hour long scheduled outage on Saturday January 21st. During this outage they will be performing maintenance on their primary databases.

When is the maintenance?

• (Eastern Time) Saturday, January 21st from 1:00PM to 3:00PM

During this time period, our helpdesk site will not be reachable, and emails to helpdesk@mygazines.com may not auto generate the tickets as usual.  If you have an emergency during this time, please call 1-888-694-2946 EXT 2 and leave a message.  Otherwise please submit your emails after the maintenance is completed at 3PM ET.
