1.2.6 Editing an Existing Account

To Edit an existing account:

1. Login to your Master account

2. From the Welcome Screen, click on the "Accounts" menu button OR the "Manage my  Accounts" icon

3. Search for the account in question OR choose the account from the list of all your accounts

4. Click "Edit" and you will be taken to the Edit Account screen

5. "Profile Details" tab - You can update the account's contact information here.  Note that username is not editable

    • Password and Confirm Password (minimum 6 characters)*
    • First Name*
    • Last Name*
    • Email Address*
    • Company Name*
    • Address
    • City
    • Country
    • Phone Number
    • State/Province
    • Postal/Zip Code

6. "Permissions" tab - In addition to setting the status (active by default) from the dropdown menu on this tab, you can select the checkboxes for the accesses you want to give your sub-account.  This tab has been updated for more options.  See this article for more information

7. "Pack Subscription" tab - You can change the Upload pack your sub-account is on if you require more uploads for the current/next month OR less uploads for the next month.  See the articles on upgrading Upload packs and downgrading Upload packs for more information

8. "Options" tab - Here you can select other optional settings that will apply to the account

    • Environment Settings - Different publishing industries may interact better with different terminologies.  The default will always be: Magazine: "Title", "Issue", but the other options are:
      • Newspaper: "Paper", "Edition"
      • Corporate and General Business: "Folder", "Document"
      • Education: "Course", "Manual"

Once you have selected all of the options/settings required for your new sub-account, click on the MasterAccount-Add_Account-Submit_Button.pngbutton. 

If you get an error message, be sure to check all tabs for any missing or unacceptable data:
