1.2.5 Issues Screen

Logged into your master account, click on the Issues button in the master horizontal menu bar to access your accounts screen where you can:

(Refer to numbers on the screenshot below)

  1. Search your list of issues

    • Useful if you have a large list of issues, just enter the search term and click Search button 
    • To view ALL issues, just click search with an empty text box OR click the Issues button in the master horizontal menu again
    • Each issue entry includes information like Issue ID, Pub Date(date issue went live), Created Date (date issue was uploaded), and Status (Active, Disabled, Future pub)
    • Also displayed will be the icons for features used for that issue including:
      • Custom Embed Widget (page icon)
      • Subscription enabled for that issue's parent title (person icon)
      • Paypal enabled for that issue's parent title (PP icon, always requires subscription to be enabled also)
      • Remote security enabled for that issue's parent title (padlock icon)
      • Clippings added to the issue (scissors icon)
      • Advertiser Index added to the issue (megaphone icon)
      • Annotations enabled for that issue's parent title (sticky note icon, requires subscription to be enabled also)
  2. Choose number of results per page

    • Paginate your results list with views of 10, 25, 50 or 100 issues per page
  3. Access your the parent title of each issue in the list

    • In the title column you will see the list of the title associated with the issue
    • Click on the title in this column to get to the Manage Title screen where you can view, edit and manage that title and ALL issues for that title
  4. Access the Issue

    • Click on the issue name link and you will be taken to the Manage Title screen with the issue list filtered to show only that specific issue ID
    • You can then manage that issue as needed (access statistics, grab embed codes, enhance pages, override title settings etc)
  5. Sub-Account Owner of that issue

    • Click on the sub-account link to access the Manage User Account screen for that issue's parent sub-account
  6. Quick access tools for each issue

    • Download the PDF for that issue (Adobe PDF icon):  Download and save the PDF for that issue to your harddrive.  The PDF will reflect any page replacements made for that issue since creation.
    • Access page editor for that issue (paintbrush and palette icon):  Enhance the pages of the issue through this direct access to the page editor, with the focus already placed on that issue
    • Read Issue (Open Book icon): Preview the issue in the Flipbook reader to see the end-user experience
