Helpdesk Planned System Maintenance - Sat. July 16, 2011 : 1PM-2PM ET

There will be an hour long scheduled outage of our Helpdesk on Saturday July 16th from 1PM-2PM ET.  There is some necessary upgrades of load balancers and a software upgrade of our primary database.

During this time, there will be no access to login to view tickets or the Helpdesk Knowledge Base. 

Also emails to helpdesk@mygazines.com will be queued and your tickets will be created once the maintenance has been completed.

We will be monitoring emails that come in during that time to address any emergencies prior to ticket creation.
