Your publishing needs may fluctuate from month to month, so you may need less Uploads in one month compared to previous months.
For any master or sub-account, the system will not allow for a downgrade of Upload pack within the current month. Any downgrades must be set to take effect for the next month and the system will force you to choose that option or not allow you to make the change at all so make sure you do any downgrades before the first of the month in which you want this change to be made.
Examples of downgrades are:
If you want to downgrade your master account you will need to contact your account manager to discuss that.
If you want to downgrade any of your sub-accounts, just edit the account and go to the Upload Distribution tab.
Make the downgrade change you need (change a lower pack OR lower Pack Quantity OR go to sleep mode and you will see a popup warning appear and the "Apply changes for the 1st of next month" is automatically selected. You cannot deselect that option once you have selected a downgrade as the system will not allow it.
In the screenshot below, the account had been on 2X3packs for 6 Uploads per month, and I have just changed the Pack Quantity from 2 to 1

Once you have clicked SUBMIT to update the account, you can see the pending changes to take effect on the first of the next month (see screenshot below).
You can always edit that change OR Cancel the pending change to revert the account back to the pack model it was on before your downgrade.
