Sub Account Reporting - Upload Usage and Email campaigns

When viewing a sub-account profile you can access some reports for that sub-account.

Sub-Account ePub Upload Usage (Uploads used)

Logged in as your master account, click on accounts, then choose the account you want to report on.

In the Manage User Account Screen, click Usage Report then ePub Uploads tabs.

The report will list columns indicating Issue ID, Issue Name, Status, Date issue created, Date Issue updated and you can adjust the reporting period in the bottom right.

The statuses can be:

  • Active: Issue is available on the system and live for the public to view
  • Disabled:  Issue is available on the system but neither public NOR account manager can view the issue. 
  • Future Pub: Issue is available on the system and set to go live for public view at a future date.  Only logged in account managers will be able to view the publication
  • Deleted: Issue was uploaded previously but deleted AFTER the 12 hour grace period.  The epub upload Upload was not recouped back to the account for another use in this case

Sub-Account Email Campaign Report

Logged in as your master account, click on accounts, then choose the account you want to report on.

In the Manage User Account Screen, click Usage Report then Email Campaign tab.

The report will list columns indicating Campaign ID, Campaign Name, Title , Date campaign was sent, emails queued and sent, and you can adjust the reporting period in the bottom right.

See the total number of chargeable emails sent in the reporting period in the bottom left of the report
