When you have a master account with us, and you are on an upload Upload pack, your master account receives X number of Uploads per month, on the 1st of every month, where X is dependant on the type of pack you have purchased.

The types of packs available are (contact your account manager for pricing and more details):

• Pro (5 Uploads/month; unlimited (branded) 250,000 (if not branded) page-views/month)
• 5 Pack (5 Uploads/month; unlimited (branded) 750,000 (if not branded) page-views/month)
• Pro Plus Pack (15 Uploads/month; unlimited (branded) 1,500,000 (if not branded) page-views/month)
• Enterprise Pack (50 Uploads/month; unlimited (branded) 2,000,000 (if not branded) page-views/month)
• Enterprise Plus Pack (250 Uploads/month; unlimited (branded) 5,000,000 (if not branded) page-views/month)

Note there are also page views associated with each pack type.  There would be extra fees applicable if there were more than the allotted page views. 

So when your master account receives its pool of Uploads, you can then take that pool of Uploads and distribute to sub-accounts where they can be used for PDF upload/conversion.  When distributing to sub-accounts you must choose multiples of the pack types available (5,10,50,250).

Pack assignment can be done at time of sub-account creation OR sub-account edit.

If you already have sub-accounts created and assigned a monthly pack, those sub-accounts will automatically draw Uploads from the master pool once it receives its Upload pack on the 1st of every month.  Otherwise you must create an account OR edit an account to define the pack subscription of that sub-account.

You can see what pack your master account is on and how many page views your master account has been allotted (the totals for all sub-accounts) by viewing your profile and looking at the Pack Subscription box where you can see(refer to image below):

1. My Uploads per month - number of Uploads your master account receives every month (screenshot shows Enterprise Pack(50) X 1 for 50/month)
2. Uploads Allocated To Accounts - number of Uploads you have allocated to your sub-accounts through Upload packs (screenshot shows 29.)
3. Uploads Remaining to Allocate - number of Uploads that remain in your master account's Upload pool to still be distributed in the month (screenshot shows 21)
4. Page Views Per Month - Number of page views allotted for your master account (the total number of page views available for use for ALL sub-accounts - screenshot shows 2,000,000)
5. Page Views Allocated - Number of page views you have allocated to sub-accounts through pack subscription assignment to those sub-accounts (screenshot shows 1,650,000)
6. Page Views Remaining to Allocate - Number of page views still available to be allocated to sub-accounts through pack subscription assignment to those sub-accounts (screenshot shows 350,000)
7. Emails this month - Number of  emails sent to subscribers using email campaigns for ALL of your sub-accounts (emails are chargeable)
