Your publishing needs may fluctuate from month to month, so you may need more Uploads in one month compared to previous months.

For any master or sub-account you can do an upgrade at any time to get more upload Uploads available for use in the current month.

If you need an upgrade on your master account, please contact your account manager.

If you want to upgrade one of your sub-accounts AND provided you have enough Uploads in your master account pool, you can upgrade your sub-account's pack subscription at any time.

Examples of pack subscription upgrade are:

• Changing from 1 X 10pack(10) to 2 X 10packs(20)
• Changing from 3 X 3pack(9) to 1X10pack(10)
• Changing from sleep mode to any pack number

Just edit the account and navigate to the Upload distribution tab.

Make the upgrade change you need by selecting a higher number Upload pack AND/OR higher Pack Quantity (see screenshot below).

You can choose to check the "Apply changes for the 1st of next month" option if you don't want the upgrade to happen until next month OR leave unchecked to get the licences available for sub-account right away.

Click "Submit" button to upgrade the account and if all goes well you will see the message  "Account has been updated successfully!"

Of course, if your master account does not have enough Uploads left in the master Upload pool to accommodate the sub-account upgrade, the system will give an error and let you know how many Uploads are available for distribution from the master account (see screenshot below). 

Make sure your sub-account upgrade is possible compared to the number of Uploads left in your master account.  If you need more Uploads for your master account to accommodate the sub-account upgrade, contact your account manager.
