  1. "Permissions" tab - In addition to setting the status (active by default) from the dropdown menu on this tab, you can select the checkboxes for the accesses you want to give your sub-account  (see the screenshot below for the accesses you can check/uncheck.  This tab has been updated for more options.  See this article for more information

  1. "Pack Subscription" tab - Select the Upload Pack/Quantity for the sub-account, which will dictate how many upload Uploads the sub-account will recieve on the first of every month.
    • You can select a quantity of 1-99 to apply to the following Upload packs(The amount available in the master account's Upload pool will dictate what is allowed to be transferred to your new account):
      • Sleep Mode Pack (0 Uploads/month)
      • Pro Pack (5 Uploads/month)
      • Pro Plus Pack (15 Uploads/month)
      • Enterprise Pack (50 Uploads/month)
      • Enterprise Plus Pack (250 Uploads/month)
      • NOTE:  You may be still using an older pack value that is not available to new accounts and is not shown here (3 pack).  You will be able to continue to use that pack on your account BUT as soon as you change to another pack for that account, the legacy pack will no longer be selectable for that account
    • You can set some reporting values for your reference.  No automation is applied for these fields.
      • Included Page Views/Month
      • Base Monthly Price
      • Price Per 1000 page views over
      • Price per email sent
    • Initial Upload Allocation - Depending on the pending workload/timing and the place in the current month, you can choose first time Upload distribution that makes sense for the new sub-account
      • Prorate Now - the system will calculate how many Uploads to initially assign to the account, based on the percentage of the month that is left to go and the full pack number.  EG. 10 days left in the month with a 3pack selected:  System will assign 1 Upload for current month and 3 beginning on the first of the next month and each month after until a change is made
      • Skip This Month - The account does not require any uploads in the current month, but will begin uploading in the next month.  You can initially get the sub-account created and ready and choose this option to wait until the next month for upload Upload allocation to the sub-account
      • Full Upload Allocation - You need the full pack amount no matter how many days are left in the month

  1. "Analytics" tab - You can integrate Google Analytics OR Omniture SiteCatalyst reporting for the account here.  If you don't have this ready at the time of account creation, you can always update the account later

  1. "Options" tab - Here you can select other optional settings that will apply to the account
    • Environment Settings - Different publishing industries may interact better with different terminologies.  The default will always be: Magazine: "Title", "Issue", but the other options are:
      • Newspaper: "Paper", "Edition"
      • Corporate and General Business: "Folder", "Document"
      • Education: "Course", "Manual"

Hi Cadie,

Multiple Account management is for Master account types only.

A regular account will not have access to Add Accounts.

If you have any more questions, please send a note to support.

Thanks!
